You can try a black permanent marker. This will help a little, but there is no way to completely remove it.
There is no way to repair this kind of damage. No matter what you use, it will come off and the clothing will still look spotted. Throw them out or use them for rags. And good luck, my husband and I argues over such things for years before I could get him to quit ruining everyones good clothes!
And I still have to watch him.
I recommend soaking the entire article of clothing in hot water/black dye - this will fix the spot eliminate any color inconsistency. I’ve done this before with great success. You’ll need to wash it a few times after you do this to get rid of the excess dye.
Dying the item will only leave you with very dark clothes and a slightly dark spot. I have used the permanent marker trick on many spots… The trick is to be sure to get a LAUNDRY MARKER… these are meant to stay on!
