Why when I wash my clothes, some of the color clothes completely loses its color in certain spots?

Sometimes after I wash my clothes, some color t-shirts come out with spot that have no color. I don’t use bleach and this usually happens to lite blue clothing.

    For all oh and for all oh and then add clothes most times putting the rinse water that will lock the detergent is used.
