What type of clothes would be suitable for a woman with short neck and broad shoulders?

What type of clothes would be suitable for me and what type of clothes should I avoid?

    ruffle-sleeved shirts, they soften broad shoulders and v-necklines or boat necklines.

    definitely avoid shoulderpads and turtlenecks =P
