You could construct a simple stand to hang clothes similar to a clothes closet. Get a couple of two by fours and make a cross with them. Make the cross center slightly higher than middle. put a couple of nails to secure them together where they cross. Make two of these. Then find a vertical pole or other piece of thinner wood and lay it across the top of both wooden crosses (like a swing set). then hang the clothes on the horizontal pole/board.
